Terms & Conditions

• All prices include return road transport from JA The Resort to Dubai Harbour for up to 7 guests

• Additional seats for transport will be charged at AED50 per person

• Minimum booking time weekdays = 3 hours (Monday - Friday)

• Minimum booking time weekends/public holidays = 4 hours (Saturday - Sunday)

• All boats must depart and return on time, for late arrivals, time will be deducted from your sailing time

• It may be possible to add extra time when you are sailing but it will be subject to availability

• 2 hours travel time will be added if boat is required for pick up & drop off from JA The Resort

• All prices include 5% VAT and 7% Municipality Tax where applicable

• Payment must be made in advance to confirm booking

** CANCELLATION POLICY **

• 50% Penalty – Up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled charter time (50% refund)

• 100% Penalty – Within 72 hours of the charter time (No refund)
