We do our best to ship your items within 24 hours of you placing your order. Sometimes we are quicker and sometimes there may be a delay. We will always do our best to keep you updated at every step of the order process. 

Rates may vary but as a guide we normally charge the following:

Under 10kgs & shorter than 1.75m =AED30 per item anywhere in the UAE

Under 10kgs & longer than 1.75m =AED100 per item anywhere in the UAE

Over 10kgs =AED200 per item to Dubai

Over 10kgs =AED350 per item to Rest of UAE

We also offer pick up for free from our DIP1 warehouse and in a lot of cases shipping is free.

For orders outside of the UAE please contact us before ordering so that we can get an up to date and accurate quote for you.

It is always the responsibility of the customer to pay for the cost of returning items unless they have been received in a defective state.
