Terms & Conditions

• Minimum booking time weekdays = 3 hours (Monday - Friday)

• Minimum booking time weekends/public holidays = 4 hours (Saturday - Sunday)

• All boats must depart and return on time, for late arrivals, time will be deducted from your sailing time

• It may be possible to add extra time when you are sailing but it will be subject to availability

• All prices include 5% VAT 

• Payment must be made in advance to confirm booking

** CANCELLATION POLICY **

• 50% Penalty – Up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled charter time (50% refund)

• 100% Penalty – Within 72 hours of the charter time (No refund)
